I started a session by mistake. How do I end it?

In Normal mode, open OathLock and tap End session early. The session ends after the waiting period shown on screen. In Strict mode, the session can't be ended early; it unlocks automatically when the timer reaches zero.

How do I uninstall OathLock?

Android: wait until no session is running, open OathLock, go to Settings and tap Uninstall OathLock. This turns off uninstall protection and opens the uninstall screen. During a session you can still turn uninstall protection off yourself in Settings > Security > Device admin apps > OathLock; the session then counts as ended early.
iPhone: wait until no session is running, then delete the app as usual.
Chrome: remove the extension from the Extensions menu.

Why can't I delete any apps on my iPhone during a session?

iOS applies "prevent app deletion" to the whole device, not just OathLock. App deletion returns to normal as soon as the session ends.

Blocking stopped working on my Android phone.

Some phones close background apps to save battery. Open OathLock and follow the setup checklist again; it shows which permission or battery setting is off. On Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo and Huawei phones, also allow OathLock to auto-start.

How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new phone?

Open OathLock, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

How do I cancel my subscription or get a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google.
iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play, profile icon, Payments & subscriptions.
Refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play's order history.

Does OathLock see my browsing or messages?

No. Blocking checks happen on your device and nothing is uploaded. See the privacy policy.
